My grandma, an amazing baker, never went a day without dessert. I think she was on to something! She always sent her goodies in care packages sent with "love and smoochie kisses." So now, I will try and never live a day without dessert...or SmoochieCakes!

I made the 3 seperate cakes, covered them each in fondand (undecorated), boxed them sepertely and prayed while I drove from IL to KS. Once I was there, I stacked and decorated it. I choose such simple deorations due to the circumstances. Everything made it just fine!
