Simple Elegance

This is a cake for a charity auction tonight. Both tiers are chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and raspberry fruit fillings in each torted layer. Can't wait to see what the winning bid is!

Happy Birthday London! These cakes were for precious little Miss London's very first birthday! Her mother did an AMAZING job decorating for the party....soft delicate shades of pink made a party a girl could only dream about! So the theme for this month's Keno is "Delicious." This should fit in that category: Bottom: chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and raspberry fillings covered in chocolate fondant. Top: Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry fillings.

A Bit of Heaven...

Here are some homemade chocolate truffles dusted with cocoa powder or powdered sugar served with fresh raspberries and cream....all dusted with a bit more cocoa powder.

You Might Be a Texan If....

Thank you Jane for ordering this delicious birthday cake. This is a chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling covered in semi-sweet ganache. It is garnished with ganache frosting, fresh raspberries, and of course.....the Shiner beer bottle on top! Happy Birthday Chris!

Valentine's Treats

Here are a few (50) Valentine's cupcakes that are decorated as if they were ice cream treats. In order to transport them, I put them in plastic cups anchored with Valentine M&M's. They are strawberry cake with chocolate icing, chocolate cake with vanilla icing, and my favorite....Chocolate with chocolate icing!

I was flattered when Sonia wanted a duplicate of my previous "Super-Hero" cake as a birthday cake for her husband. She creatively changed the top to a message: "You Will Always Be Our Super-Hero!" Thanks Sonia!
