Simple Elegance

This is a cake for a charity auction tonight. Both tiers are chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and raspberry fruit fillings in each torted layer. Can't wait to see what the winning bid is!

So the theme for this month's Keno is "Delicious." This should fit in that category: Bottom: chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and raspberry fillings covered in chocolate fondant. Top: Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry fillings.

Tied up in a bow

This tiny two tier (6", 5") is vanilla with raspberry filling covered in fondant, and tied surrounded in polka-dots and fondant bows!

Dog-gone It!

Since the Happy Birthday Jesus cake, I have taken some interest in gum-paste figurines. Thanks to you-tube I have come up with this fondant puppy dog....I think I will make my daughter a puppy-dog cake for her upcoming birthday. The image quality is low due to my unsteady hand while taking the pic with my phone :)
