Here are my first attempt at petit fours. There is definitely a science to these that I have not quite mastered yet. However, according to Katherine, they were yummy almond goodness! Congratulations on your completion of graduate school!

Up, Up, and Away!

This is a celebration cake for my husband.....After a tough year 2 years ago, there was no better way to celebrate this past year at his new job! Congratulations Bill!

Wedding.....

Well, I have always claimed that I do not do wedding cakes....I guess that I can no longer say that. However, I can say, Been there, Done that....And I will not do that again. It was likely the best wedding gift I have given, but also the most stressful :) Congrats Heather and Tony!

Emma's Baptism

This is a vanilla cake with pink and white striped layers on the inside. Each layer has a buttercream and raspberry fruit filling, covered in marshmallow fondant and decorated with gum-paste flowers.
