Dog-gone It!

Since the Happy Birthday Jesus cake, I have taken some interest in gum-paste figurines. Thanks to you-tube I have come up with this fondant puppy dog....I think I will make my daughter a puppy-dog cake for her upcoming birthday. The image quality is low due to my unsteady hand while taking the pic with my phone :)

Well, Papa had a cow because this cake was so great! This chocolate cake was filled with a cookies and cream filling, covered in chocolate ganache, and trimmed with plump fresh raspberries! Happy Birthday Papa!

Happy Birthday/Halloween

This spider cake is the large birthday cake for three sisters' birthday party. Each little girl also gets her own mini cake decorated in theme. The spider on top of the large cake is a small cake itself with black licorice legs! The cake was vanilla but was orange and white striped inside!
